In the event you need to return a product you will find our easy to use return policy below.

Before returning the item please contact Bach Medical Supply by phone at 417-883-1400 to request a return authorization number.

If the item is returned within seven days of purchase it will receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) if it is returned in NEW condition, in the original factory packaging, and re-sellable condition.

Within 8 – 60 days you can receive an 80% refund of the original purchase price.

No returns accepted after 60 days.

All returns must be in “like new” condition with all original packaging.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
